Grant graduated from Melbourne University in 1984 and has been at Blackburn Clinic since 1989. His previous experience includes working in various hospitals, lecturing at Monash University Department of Family Medicine, and working as a Medical Educator at the RACGP. Grant is a Principal of the practice, a previous Board member of the Eastern Victoria General Practice Training Program, and examiner for the RACGP. He is married with two adult children.

Dr Connoley’s fees are guided by the AMA recommended rates. Pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children and full time students under 21 will be charged a substantially discounted fee, with their out of pocket gap reduced by 50% for standard consultations.
Veterans’ Affairs card-holders are bulk-billed at all times.

Missed Appointment fee: Dr Connoley may charge a fee if you miss your appointment, and do not cancel with at least one hours’ notice.

Ear Micro Suction: This appointment type must be booked by our reception team to ensure the appropriate equipment is available. The patient must be assessed by Dr Connoley (or any other GP who consults from Blackburn Clinic) to ensure suitability of ear anatomy and to ensure appropriate ear drop preparation. It will take approximately 15 minutes (one ear) or 30 minutes (both ears).
