Dr Zadeh’s fees are guided by the AMA recommended rates. Pensioners, Health Care Card holders, children and full time students under 21 will be charged a substantially discounted fee, with their out of pocket gap reduced by 50% for standard consultations.
Veterans’ Affairs card-holders are bulk-billed at all times.

Missed Appointment fee: Dr Zadeh may charge a fee if you miss your appointment, and do not cancel with at least one hours’ notice.
Ear Micro Suction: This appointment type must be booked by our reception team to ensure the appropriate equipment is available. The patient must be assessed by Dr Zadeh (or any other GP who consults from Blackburn Clinic) to ensure suitability of ear anatomy and to ensure appropriate ear drop preparation. It will take approximately 15 minutes (one ear) or 30 minutes (both ears).
