Dr Aaron Zhang was born in China and moved to New Zealand when he was 11 years old. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand, and moved to Melbourne. Siobhan is available on Tuesday and Thursday. She has a special interest in paediatrics and unsettled babies.

Siobhan was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She studied Medicine in London and also completed a Bachelor degree in Genetics.

Following internship  jobs at The Royal London Hospital, she moved to the North of England and spent 5 years training in Paediatrics.

Siobhan then moved to Australia with her husband and three children. After 2 years working in the hospital system in Victoria, she decided on a career in General Practice. She first joined Blackburn Clinic as a Registrar in 2022 and then returned in October 2024.

Dr Adrian Tang graduated at Monash University in 1995 and has been practising medicine in a wide variety of disciplines since. His initial interest was in surgery and he was a Director of Emergency at Werribee Hospital for several years before pursuing his passion in general practice. Adrian first joined Blackburn Clinic in 2002 and is a Principal of the practice. His love for travel has spurred him on to specialise in travel medicine.

Adrian’s other interest is music, and he is an accomplished player of the piano and violin. He has been blessed with two fun loving children who, like their dad, are avid supporters of the St.Kilda Football club.

Dr Jasdeep Sandhu joined the Blackburn Clinic team in March 2016 and is one of the Practice Principals. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in women’s health, adolescent health, mental health, and weight management. She is also an RACGP accredited  GP Supervisor, actively involved in training and mentoring the next generation of general practitioners.

Dr Crystal Li is a caring and approachable General Practitioner who enjoys all aspects of general practice and is committed to providing patient-centred, holistic care.
