Anna is an enthusiastic and passionate GP who returned to Blackburn Clinic in 2026. Anna completed part of her registrar training time with us from Aug 2024-Feb 2025. During 2025, Anna did a caravan trip around Australia with her partner, including doing short stints of work in WA, Qld and remote NT. She is delighted to be back as part of the Blackburn community, providing holistic care for all patients. Anna has interests in women’s health (particularly fertility, pregnancy and menopause), paediatrics, skin cancer medicine and chronic disease prevention.

Yeg worked at Blackburn Clinic as a Registrar from February to August 2016. Yeg proved very popular with patients, and we welcomed her return on a permanent basis in February 2017.

Praba’s initial interest in paediatrics led to training at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Medical Centre, before focusing on general practice. He started at Blackburn Clinic in 2005 and is a Principal of the practice. Praba has also been caring for in-patients at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital since 2006. He is married with three children, enjoys playing cricket, and is an avid follower of sports in general.

Dr Terence Ting joined Blackburn Clinic in February 2017, after traversing between hospitals under the Monash Health Group, and working in GP clinics in Pakenham and Eltham. Terence has worked as a physiotherapist in the past, but enjoys the variety that general practice offers.

Iron Infusions
Dr Rametta performs on-site iron infusions for eligible patients (with iron deficiency anaemia). Dr Kong, Dr Ashdown and Dr Rametta perform these appointments but all Blackburn Clinic GPs can authorise the service for their patients where medically appropriate. This model offers considerable savings compared to the traditional day-surgery model (current out of pocket cost after rebates for M-F infusions are around $290, or $155 for Concession patients).
